Some Apps do not have special requirements, but others may have. Pivot180 has other requirements that are listed below.
Once the request is open, an agent will reply to it acknowledging the receipt for that request and send out a link for a form to be filled out. In that form, we will ask for all the documentation required. While in the process of approval, you will be able to upload more documents. Once approved, we will lock down the access for such information. To access that form, you will receive three different codes, Company Code, User Short Code, and a Serial Number. Must match all three to access.
The approval process could take up to seven business days. Once approved, you will need to provide a list of users (5 users minimum). We will send a template for the required information from those users.
Once approved, you will receive a link to enter your feedback and report bugs. This system is exclusive to our beta users and is not available for regular users. While regular users may leave reviews on the products, our beta users are not allowed to leave bad reviews due to the fact that they get a specific tool to leave feedback and report issues.
To remain in the Beta Program, the user must actively provide feedback and report bugs. All feedback must be sent privately through our services portal. MWPR Development LLC reserves the right to approve, reject, and remove beta users at our sole discretion. However, we will remove users for the following reasons:
- Disclosure of features prior release date or official features announcement
- Bad reviews on any Mobile Application Store
- Discovery of false information or fraud after approval
- Not provide feedback nor report issues in the timeframe referenced on the terms and conditions signed
- High-Risk login from registered devices
